William Seymour⁵ Christian Jr. (George Seymour⁴, William Armistead³, Catharine² Ker, Edward¹)⁽¹²⁵⁶⁾ was born in Northampton Co, VA 21 Apr 1836.⁽¹²⁵⁷⁾ William died 28 May 1870 in Accomack Co, VA, at 34 years of age.⁽¹²⁵⁸⁾ According to his death record, he was shown as Wm. S. Christian, who died in Apr 1870 of pneumonia at the age of 32 years. He was born in Acc Co, a farmer and married. Thos. H. Johnson, overseer, gave the information. His body was interred in Christian Plot, Pastoria, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹²⁵⁹⁾ His tombstone shows him as Seymour Christian, husband of Sarah A. Christian.

He married Sarah A.C. Core 21 Apr 1857 in Worcester Co, MD.⁽¹²⁶⁰⁾ They were shown only as Seymour Christian and Sarah A.C. Core. No other information was given.

Sarah was born 1 Oct 1838 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹²⁶¹⁾ Sarah⁽¹²⁶²⁾ was the daughter of Levin Core and Sarah Ann Warner. Sarah died 11 Dec 1874 at 36 years of age.⁽¹²⁶³⁾ Her body was interred in Christian Plot, Pastoria, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹²⁶⁴⁾ Her tombstone shows her as Mrs. S.A. Christian, wife of Seymour Christian.

William was named in his grandfather's will 20 Apr 1839 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹²⁶⁵⁾ He was shown as a grandson William Seymour Christian in the will of William A. Christian.

William was listed with another family in the cenus of 1850 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹²⁶⁶⁾ He was shown as Seymour Christian, age 14 in HH#612 headed by Wm. S. Christian, a 26 year old farmer, who was evidently his uncle.

William was listed with another family in the cenus of 1860 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹²⁶⁷⁾ He was shown as Wm. S. Christian of Geo., age 23 in HH#636 headed by Louis D. Heath, a 50 year old farmer. Listed with him were Sarah A.C. Christian, age 24; and George Christian, age 1.

William Seymour Christian Jr. and Sarah A.C. Core had the following children:

George Seymour⁶ Christian⁽¹²⁶⁸⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA 24 Oct 1858.⁽¹²⁶⁹⁾ George died 4 Dec 1881 in St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA, at 23 years of age.⁽¹²⁷⁰⁾ His death record shows him as Geo. S. Christian, who died of consumption at the age of 23 years. He was a son of Wm. S. & Sarah Christian, born in Acc Co., and an unmarried clerk. His brother R.T. Christian gave the information. His body was interred in Christian Plot, Pastoria, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹²⁷¹⁾ His tombstone shows him as George S. Christian, son of Seymour & Sarah A. Christian.

George was listed with his parents in the census of 1860 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹²⁷²⁾ He was shown as George Christian, age 1 in HH#636 headed by Louis D. Heath, a 50 year old farm. Also listed were Wm. S Christian, age 23 and Sarah A.C. Christian, age 24, who were evidently his parents.

George was listed with another family in the cenus of 1880 in Metompkin Dist, South, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹²⁷³⁾ He was shown as George S. Chrisitan, age 21 and boarding with George D. Wise, a 31 year old grist mill keeper.

+ 220 ii. Rupert T. Christian was born 20 Feb 1861.

221 iii. Gerturde E. Christian⁽¹²⁷⁴⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA 1863.⁽¹²⁷⁵⁾ Gerturde died 1936 at 73 years of age.⁽¹²⁷⁶⁾ Her body was interred in Parksley Cem, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹²⁷⁷⁾ Her tombstone shows her as Gertrude E. Core, wife of George W. Core. She married George W. Core circa 1885.⁽¹²⁷⁸⁾

George was born 1852 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹²⁷⁹⁾ George⁽¹²⁸⁰⁾ was the son of Dr. William T. Core and Mary C. Warner. George died 1936 at 84 years of age.⁽¹²⁸¹⁾ His body was interred in Parksley Cem, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹²⁸²⁾ His tombstone shows him as George W. Core, the husband of Gertrude E. Core.

223 v. Orion Christian⁽¹²⁸³⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA circa 1868.
