200. William Spencer⁶ Finney (Margaret Sarah⁵ Mapp, Catherine C.⁴ Ames, Margaret Blair³ Christian, Catharine² Ker, Edward¹)⁽¹⁴⁹⁴⁾ was born in Cashville, Acc Co, VA 4 Feb 1864.⁽¹⁴⁹⁵⁾ William died 1 Oct 1912 in Norfolk, VA, at 48 years of age.⁽¹⁴⁹⁶⁾ He died in the Sarah Leigh Hospital, Norfolk, VA.

He married Pearl Elizabeth Boggs 9 Jan 1889 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹⁴⁹⁷⁾ He was shown as William Spencer Finney, a 24 year old mechanic, the son of William of Wm. & Margaret S. Finney and she was shown as Pearl Elizabeth Boggs, age 20, the daughter of Littleton T. & Emma T. Boggs. They were married at the bride's father's house by R.A. Compton.

Pearl was born 28 Oct 1868 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹⁴⁹⁸⁾ Pearl⁽¹⁴⁹⁹⁾ was the daughter of Littleton Townsend Boggs and Emma T. 'Emily' Boggs. Pearl died 23 Aug 1944 in Middlesex Co, VA, at 75 years of age.⁽¹⁵⁰⁰⁾

William was listed with his parents in the census of 1870 in Locust Mount PO, St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹⁵⁰¹⁾ He was shown as Wm. S. Finney, age 6 in HH#LM908 headed by William Finney, age 50 and farming.

William was listed with his parents in the census of 1880 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹⁵⁰²⁾ He was shown as W.S. Finney, a 14 year old son and farm worker in a household headed by Wm. Finney, a 60 year old farmer.

William Spencer Finney and Pearl Elizabeth Boggs had the following child:

Emma Littleton⁷ Finney⁽¹⁵⁰³⁾ was born in Cashville, Acc Co, VA 16 Dec 1889.⁽¹⁵⁰⁴⁾ Emma died 15 Jul 1984 in Virginia Beach, VA, at 94 years of age.⁽¹⁵⁰⁵⁾ A graduate of Blackstone Female Institute, she was a public school teacher in Cashville and Craddockville. Her body was interred in Onancock Cem, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹⁵⁰⁶⁾ Her tombstone shows her as Emma Littleton Finney Wise, wife of Arthur Tucker Wise. She married Arthur Tucker Wise 27 Dec 1913 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹⁵⁰⁷⁾

Arthur was born 22 Sep 1881 in Craddockville, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹⁵⁰⁸⁾ Arthur⁽¹⁵⁰⁹⁾ was the son of Edward S. Wise and Elizabeth Sarah Thomas Jacob. Arthur died 10 Oct 1945 in Richmond, VA, at 64 years of age.⁽¹⁵¹⁰⁾ He died while on a business trip. He was in the insurance business in Craddockville, then in Belle Haven.

His body was interred in Onancock Cem, Acc Co, VA.⁽¹⁵¹¹⁾
