4. Anne2 Ker (Edward1)(64) was born in Accomack Co, VA circa 1762.(65) Anne died before 28 Sep 1788 at approximately 26 years of age.(66) In the Codicil No. 1 of her father's will, she was shown as my deceased daughter Ann Revell, and her representatives should have an equal share with my daughters Jean Scarburgh & Catharine Christian.

She married Edward Revell circa 1780.(67) Edward was born circa 1758 in Accomack Co, VA. Edward(68) was the son of John Revell and Leah Corbin. Edward died Dec 1791 at 33 years of age.(69)

Anne was named in her father's will 17 May 1786 in Accomack Co, VA.(70) She was named as daughter Ann Revell in the will of Edward Ker. Daughters Jean Scarbrough, Catharine Christian & Ann Revell were given the lands I hold in Gloucestor containing 243 1/4 acres.

Anne was named in a land cause 4 Mar 1801 in St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA.(71) She was shown as Ann Revell, dec'd, a sister of Edward Ker the younger, dec'd. Her children were shown as John & Margaret Revell.

Anne Ker and Edward Revell had the following children:

child 24 ii. Margaret S. Revell(72) was born in Accomack Co, VA circa 1784. She married Samuel Ross 5 Dec 1810 (bond) in Accomack Co, VA.(73) Samuel Downing was the security on the M.L.B. of Samuel Ross and Margaret S. Revell.

Samuel was born circa 1785 in Accomack Co, VA.

Margaret was named in a land cause 4 Mar 1801 in St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA.(74) She was shown as Margaret Revell, a daughter of Ann Revell dec'd and a niece of Edward Ker the younger.

Margaret was named in a land cause 23 Mar 1803 in St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA.(75) She was shown as Margaret Revell, daughter of Edward Revell, in a partition suit against her brother John Revell Jr. There had been four children: John, Margaret & Leah by one marriage and Edward by another marriage.

Margaret land was surveyed 1803 in Accomack Co, VA.(76) A survey for the division of the land of the late Edward Revell showed 1,685 acres on Pungoteague Creek; 625 east of the Bayside read went to John K. Revell, 560 acres to Margaret Revell, and the home part to Edward A. Revell.

Margaret was named in her uncle's will 28 Aug 1806 in Accomack Co, VA.(77) She was shown as a niece Margaret S. Revell and given a suit of mourning by John Shepherd Ker.

Margaret was named in her brother's will 16 May 1809 in Accomack Co, VA.(78) She was shown as my sister Margaret and given a suit of mourning in the will of John K. Revell.

Margaret was named as an heir of Rev War Vetran 31 Jan 1825 in Accomack Co, VA.(79) In the estate settlement of David Bowman, she was shown as Margaret S. Revell and received £57.18.8 for his 1/2 of the 1/9 part of the estate of Edward Ker Jr. (Note: The settlement was finally recored on 31 Jan 1825, but the actual payment may have been years earlier, as David Bowman died in 1805.)

Margaret witnessed a will 1 Sep 1845 in St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA.(80) It was on this date that Margaret S. Ross, John Fox & Nancy Lang witnessed the will of Susan Hornsby, St. George Parish. Jacob M. Ross was the executor.

child 25 iii. Leah Revell(81) was born in Accomack Co, VA circa 1786. Leah died 23 Aug 1793 at 7 years of age.(82) Leah was named in a land cause 23 Mar 1803 in St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA.(83) She was shown as Leah Revell, daughter of Edward Revell, in a partition suit between John Revell Jr. & Margaret & Edward Revell. There had been four children: John, Margaret & Leah by one marriage and Edward by another marriage. The said Leah departed this life under age 21 on 23 Aug 1793 and without issue.
