She married twice. She married David Bowman (II) circa 1792.(157) David was born circa 1770 in Accomack Co, VA. David(158) was the son of David Bowman (I) and Catharine (-----). David died Oct 1805 at 35 years of age.(159) She married Rev. William B. Seymour 29 Aug 1811 (lic) in Worcester Co, MD.(160) William was born 1 Oct 1773 in Accomack Co, VA.(161) William(162) was the son of William Seymour and Leah Corbin. William died 24 Oct 1821 at 48 years of age.(163) His body was interred in Seymour-Snead Cem, Onancock, Acc Co, VA.(164) William B. Seymour's will is recorded at Acc Wills 1821-1823, p. 14.
Isabella was named in her father's will 17 May 1786 in Accomack Co, VA.(165) She was shown as a daughter Isabel and given 500 £ to be paid in 2 negro girls & 1 negro boy & in stock & household furniture.
Isabella was named in a land cause 4 Mar 1801 in St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA.(166) She was shown as Isabella Bowman, a daughter of Edward Ker the elder, dec'd.
Isabella was named in her husband's will 26 Sep 1805 in Accomack Co, VA.(167) She was shown only as a wife in the will of David Bowman and was shown as the widow Isabell Bowman in his estate settlement.
Isabella was named in her brother's will 28 Aug 1806 in Accomack Co, VA.(168) She was shown as a sister Isabell Bowman in the will of John Shepherd Ker and given, during her widowhood, £20 & the priviledge of getting firewood off my lands in the neighbourhood of Onancock.
Isabella was named in a niece's will 10 Apr 1807 in Accomack Co, VA.(169) She was shown as my aunt Isabell Bowman in the will of Ann Revell Ker.
Isabella was named in her son's will 15 Jul 1822 in Accomack Co, VA.(170) She was shown as mother Isabella Seymour in the will of George K. Bowman.
Isabella was named in newphew's will 31 Jan 1826 in Accomack Co, VA.(171) She was shown as my aunt Isabell Seymour in the will of Edward H. Ker and given during her life or widowhood an annuity of $60 out of the rents of my Chincoteague farm on which Ethel Lyon now lives.

He made a will 15 Jul 1822 in Accomack Co, VA.(175) The mercantile concern of Snead & Bowman should be settled as soon as possible. One half of my part of the balance & ½ of the money from the unsettled part of my father's estate to brother David Bowman. To mother Isabella Seymour all the residue & at her death or marriage to brother David Bowman & she is to have use of my large Bible. If David dies before age 21, then my mother to have the use of all the property & money given him & at her death or marriage, then to James H. Addison & Catharine Addison, children of William B. Addison dec'd & Euphamy his wife ¼ of all my estate & ¾ to my half-sister & half-brother Leah B. Seymour & Edward S. S. Seymour & if either of these two die without issue, then their part to John A. Finney, Margaret Finney, Mary Finney, Ann Finney, William, David, James, Oswald & Lewis H. Finney, children of John Finney & Peggy Finney my aunt. If James H. & Catharine Addison die without issue, then their part to the named children of John Finney & Peggy. Edward S. Snead & my brother David Bowman Extrs. Witt: John Finney, W. D. George was named as an heir of Rev War Vetran 31 Jan 1825 in Accomack Co, VA.(177) In the estate settlement of David Bowman, he was shown as George Bowman and was to receive his 1/3 which was entered to his credit with William Seymour his guardian £256.18.9. (Note: The settlement was finally recored on 31 Jan 1825, but the actual payment may have been years earlier, as David Bowman died in 1805.)

David was named in his brother's will 15 Jul 1822 in Accomack Co, VA.(183) He was shown as a brother David Bowman (under age) in the will of George K. Bowman. He and Edward S. Snead were named as Extrs.

David was named in the will of a cousin 31 Jan 1826 in Accomack Co, VA.(185) He was shown as David Bowman in the will of Edward H. Ker and along with William A. Christian, Margaret Ames the wife of Richard Ames, Leah Seymour and 4 children of Richard D. Bayler, was to receive part of his estate if Edward Smith Snead's children all died under the age 21. He was also given my undivided ½ of land formerly belonging to my grandfather George Corbin on which Edmund Bell now lives on Assawoman Creek & also my undivided ½ of the Ewell land which also belonged to George Corbin.
He made a will 28 Oct 1828 in Accomack Co, VA.(186) Balance after debts, funeral expenses & legacies hereafter given, to my sister Leah B. Seymour. To sister Leah B. Seymour ..., items bought at her mother's sale. Friend Edward S. Snead Extr. Witt: William D. Seymour, Hugh Seymour & William A. Parker.
David's will was probated 24 Nov 1828 in Accomack Co, VA.(187) James Poulson & William D. Seymour securities.
