35. William Digby³ Seymour Sr. (Elizabeth² Ker, Edward¹)⁽⁴²⁶⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA Sep 1800.⁽⁴²⁷⁾ William died 1855 in Cumberland Co, PA, at 54 years of age.⁽⁴²⁸⁾

He married twice. He married Elizabeth Revell Corbin Ker 10 Dec 1821 (lic) in Worcester Co, MD.⁽⁴²⁹⁾ They were shown only as William D. Seymour and Elizabeth C. Kerr. No other information was given.

Elizabeth was born circa 1798 in Accomack Co, VA. Elizabeth⁽⁴³⁰⁾ was the daughter of John Shepherd Ker Esq. and Agnes Drummond Corbin. Elizabeth died before Oct 1826. She evidently had died by this time as her husband William D. Seymour married Miss Anne U. Bayly in Oct 1826.

He married Anne Upshur Bayly 10 Oct 1826 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽⁴³¹⁾ Richard D. Bayly was the security on the M.L.B. of William D. Seymour and Miss Anne U. Bayly. They were married on 10 Oct 1826 by S. Gunter.

Anne was born 5 Dec 1799 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽⁴³²⁾ Anne⁽⁴³³⁾ was the daughter of Edmund Bayly and Rachel Revell Upshur.

William Digby Seymour Sr. and Elizabeth Revell Corbin Ker had the following child:

89 i. William Digby⁴ Seymour Jr.⁽⁴³⁴⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA circa 1823. William was named as an heir of Rev War Vetran 27 Sep 1824 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽⁴³⁵⁾ It was on this date that John S. Ker's estate settlement was finally recorded. Cash was paid to Thompson Holmes, Extr. of Samuel Downing. Samuel Downing had married John S. Ker's widow Agnes and he died in 1819. The final settlement of John S. Ker's estate was therefore handled by Thompson Holmes, who was shown as the guardian of Ann Downing & William D. Seymour. It is therefore assumed that Ann Downing was Samuel Downing's daughter by John S. Ker's widow Agnes and that William D. Seymour was John S. Ker's grandson by Ker's daughter Elizabeth R.C. Ker, who had married William D. Seymour in Worcester Co, MD in 1821.

William Digby Seymour Sr. and Anne Upshur Bayly had the following child:
